September 14, 2008- Life, Love, Laughs!
Yes, my friends, it has been a while. I have been wanting to return to dolling for some time
now. However, Life it seems had other plans for me.
Since my last update over a year and a half ago, I have graduated from two different colleges
and started working a full-time career. As you can imagine, this has taken some getting
used to.
In addition, I married my longtime love last month! We recently rented a home and are
adjusting to our new stage in life quite well.
With that said, I have been busy but I am looking forward to getting back in the game. You
will find that I have made quite a few changes around here:
New layout:
Yes, as much as I loved my hibiscus layout it was time for a change. I got tired of the frames
and felt a much more simplified layout would be much easier to navigate.
New and Edited Bases
I have added new bases. As of yet they have no name but you may use them nevertheless.
Also, the Nifty bases have new faces. I sat and looked at them one day and realized they
simply looked too cartoony for my taste. All of the poses have been updated with the new
face, but I provided the old one as an alternative should you decide to use it, along with one
other..
New Artwork:
I have managed to do some art while I was away. It isn't much, but it is better than nutin' I
s'pose.
Links-B-Gone
Sadly, many of my favorites that I had on my links page have disappeared. I have removed
the links to the pages, but kept their banners for base credit purposes. I am in the process of
collecting new banners and adding them as I go.
